4 things we love about the 2024-25 FC Nantes home shirt by Macron
The FC Nantes 2024/25 home shirt by Macron is here and we think it is one of the Ligue football shirts of the season. The yellow and green diagonal pattern combine with the ancient symbol of the Duchy of Brittany and eco-friendly fabric to bring a kit that looks great and has meaning too. Here is why we love it.
Symbolic Design
FC Nantes have truly embraced their heritage with this kit. The iconic yellow and green stripes are reimagined in a striking diagonal pattern, featuring tone-on-tone dye-sub graphics of the ermine. This ancient symbol of the Duchy of Brittany is a nod to the club’s roots and regional pride. It's a design that tells a story, making it more than just any old Ligue 1 football shirt.
Eco-Friendly Fabric
What’s not to love about a Ligue 1 football shirt that looks great and helps save the planet? FC Nantes' 2024/25 Home shirt is made from Eco Fabric, a polyester material sourced entirely from recycled, post-consumer plastic. This is a big win for eco-conscious fans and a clear statement that the club is serious about sustainability. It's not just a shirt; it's a step towards a greener future.
Championship Tribute
A subtle but meaningful touch is the eight green stars embroidered behind the neck, representing FC Nantes’ French Championship titles. This is a classy tribute to the club’s glorious past, serving as a reminder of its rich history and successes. It's a design element that adds depth and significance to the shirt, connecting the present with the past. It’s the perfect homage in a Ligue 1 football shirt.
Versatile Style
This kit isn’t just for matchday. The yellow shorts with a green band around the leg bottoms, inspired by basketball design, make for a stylish and versatile look that can be worn off the pitch. The yellow socks with diagonal green stripes add a cohesive finish to the ensemble. The Slim Fit shirt, with Eco Softlock, Eco Micromesh, and Eco Mesh inserts, ensures comfort and breathability, making it perfect for everyday wear. It's a Ligue 1 football shirt that looks good and feels great, whether you're cheering from the stands or out and about.
