Matt Le Tissier was interviewed on the Quickly Kevin, will he score podcast and it’s fair to say he wasn’t a fan of 90s football shirts.
Like all of us he loves Hummel
In 1986 we (Southampton) had the Denmark kit Hummel kit. It was pretty nice. They just put a Southampton crest on it.
But comes the 90s things took a turn for worst
The fabric in the 90s was crap. When it rained it was like carrying round a 4 tonne weight on your shoulders.
And he liked his shirts baggy
We didn’t have made to measure shirts then. When they asked what size, we always just chucked on an XL.
