1990-92 Glasgow Rangers Admiral Home Shirt (M) Excellent

This shirt is quintessential and the design embodies a time when the blue side of Glasgow turned their fortunes around and set themselves up for the best part of a decade.

Condition: Excellent - This shirt is in superb condition, with just a few minor bobbles consistent with age.

Condition details: This gem is in excellent condition. Colours are bright throughout and all the original applications (Admiral logo, crest, sponsor) are intact.

There are some minor bobbles consistent with the age of the shirt, but nothing significant to detract from the kit.

    Things to look out for:

Rangers were sponsored by McEwan’s Lager. The earlier part of the 80s had seen both Rangers and their rivals Celtic sponsored by the same company, CR Smith, so the introduction of McEwan’s represented a clear break. Rather poetically, the team would go on to win several league titles with McEwan’s Lager on the front of their shirts, and the sponsor would go down as one of the undisputed champions when it came to team x sponsor combinations.

    Who made it: Admiral

Who wore it: Ally McCoist, Graeme Souness, Terry Butcher, Ray Wilkins, Andy Gray
