England cricket legend, Andrew Flintoff, has revealed his first ever football shirt growing up and it was a bit of a surprise. An absolute classic Liverpool shirt, Freddie outed himself as a Liverpool man, despite being from the Lancashire area.
Speaking on the Flintoff, Savage and the ping pong guy podcast the England all rounder spoke about his first ever football shirt. Born and bred in Lancashire you'd think the shirt had to be Preston, Bolton or even Manchester United but in fact it was from Merseyside.
The shirt was a football hipsters dream, the 1987 Liverpool adidas grey away shirt with Crown Paints on it. Robbie Savage also had a Crown Paints Liverpool shirt, the yellow pin striped one.
Flintoff picked it up from JJB in Preston bus station. Whilst he was there he also grabbed a Hibs shirt.
"I'd never heard of Hibs. But it was cheap. I got in the sale at JJB in Preston bus station for £8."Checkout our marketplace for some banging Liverpool shirt. Browse the shirts and pick up a classic.
