Shirt Story: The history of PAOK's black and white striped design is one that reflects the origins of the club's base in Thessaloniki and the ancestors of those who founded PAOK. The black stripes serve as a somber reminder of the thousands of Greek refugees lost in mass migration to the area, while the the white symbolises the hope found when these refugees settled in their new home.
This modern interpretation of these colours produces a simple but effective design, with think stripes allowing the gold-outlined club crest and Macron logo to slot nicely into the shirt, alongside the 'Stoiximan' shirt sponsor, which matches the shirt's colour scheme.
