Manchester United unveil 2018-19 away shirt at the worst possible time… and fans are divided

Manchester United are having a dismal start to the 2018-19 Premier League season. They’ve lost two of their first three games and Jose Mourinho is showing the all-to-familiar signs of a besieged manager on borrowed time.

Launching this season’s away kit after being thumped 3-0 at home by Tottenham was never going to be the talking point of the week, but fans who did notice United’s stylish new pink Adidas kit were, well, divided.

Take a look at it:

And although it smacks of the Adidas Juventus 2015-16 kit (made even more famous when it was worn by Drake, despite being a Nike-signed artist at the time), supporters aren’t sure what to make of it.

We put it to the good people of Instagram, and fans were totally divided on whether it’s a beauty or, well, a ‘shit’ emoji.

For what it’s worth, we quite liked it.

Although, given the start to the season Mourinho’s side have had, this punter summed it up pretty perfectly.
