Man United’s 2018-19 kits have been leaked… and they’re controversial

Manchester United’s kits for next season have been leaked on the ever-reliable Footy Headlines site, and they’re set to cause quite a stir.

United’s underwhelming season could meet a happy end if they beat Tottenham in the FA Cup, but Jose Mourinho’s sure to ring several changes over summer.

And the players – new and old – will turn out it what appear to be new-look strips for the 2018-19 season.

We’re making a book. 30 interviews, 30 illustrators, 100% profit to charity. Back it and we’ll love you forever.

Take a look at what Footy Headlines have got hold of so far:

The site have predicted the new home kit and rather than the uniform red, they seem to think it will fade up from black to red in an ombre style.

The away kit allegedly nods to the colour of the city’s local newspaper’s sports pages, opting for pink. Although the Manchester Evening News’ sports pages are no longer that hue, they were in a bygone era.

But our favourite of the leaked United shirts is easily the third kit. They’re navy with gold trim, and we’re slightly saddened to report that this will be worn the least frequently of the three strips next season.
