Something to make Man United fans love Old Trafford even more

Manchester United fans have quite a good relationship with Old Trafford… well, the ones that have been there generally do.

The Theatre of Dreams, as it was labelled by club legend Sir Bobby Charlton, has been United’s home since 1910, and remains one of if not the most iconic stadiums in English football.

Over the years, those on the terraces or in the seats of Old Trafford witnessed greatness, from Duncan Edwards, George Best, Denis Law and Charlton to Eric Cantona, David Beckham, Rio Ferdinand, Roy Keane, Paul Scholes, Cristiano Ronaldo and even Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Old Trafford is the home of Fergie Time, attacking football and the prawn sandwich brigade. It’s one of the most influential places in English football; a place United have called home when they brought home an outrageous 13 titles in the Premier League era. A place the Busby Babes called home in both tragedy and victory.

And friend of the Football Shirt Collective Turf Football has created a series of prints depicting iconic stadiums in English football, and Old Trafford’s is among his most striking. Take a look at this tribute to one of the greatest football grounds in the world:
