Tottenham haven’t been having the best of time over the past couple of months.
A crushing 4-1 defeat by Manchester City at the weekend left them 21 points off the runaway leaders, and defeats by Arsenal and Leicester and draws against Watford and West Brom have left the club’s title hopes in tatters.
And while Tottenham fans are looking worryingly into the future, we’re looking at past glories: most specifically, this outrageously beautiful 1993-95 home shirt.
Worn by club legends Teddy Sheringham and Jurgen Klinsmann, the Umbro logo and Holsten sponsor make this shirt a bona fide classic.
You’ve got to think that, had Spurs been an ever so slightly better side that season, this shirt would’ve gone down with the best they had to offer.
The second season they wore this kit, Spurs finished in the same position where they currently find themselves: seventh.
They’ll be hoping for a better turnout this campaign.
