Yesterday Everton drew 2-2 at home to Sevilla in a pre-season friendly. To mark the occasion Umbro launched a special 125 Goodison Park anniversary shirt. And it’s fair to say Everton fans are loving it.
Everton’s Goodison Park saw its first Everton game almost 125 years ago, on 2 September 1892. To celebrate this anniversary, Everton and Umbro released a special-edition jersey that was worn in Sunday’s friendly against Sevilla in the legendary stadium.
The shirt itself was all blue with button up collar and blue Umbro logo. The only white on there is the club crest. Sandro is a big fan. He took less than a minute to score in it.
The shirt will go on sale on the Everton website on September 2nd. If you can’t wait until then check out our marketplace for banging vintage Everton shirt including this Duncan Ferguson shirt.
